A bright gym floor with machines

About

Run your gym with precision.

SlabHive helps gym owners run their daily operations with precision and ease, and keeps them from slipping into avoidable mistakes.

Most gyms start on a whiteboard and a notebook, then add a spreadsheet, then a group chat. It works until the first coach, the second location, or the regular who stops coming and nobody notices.

SlabHive puts your schedule, memberships, payments and attendance in one place, and gives your members a booking page of their own. Then it shows you who is slipping away, while there is still time to reach out.

The name says it. A slab is the solid base everything stands on. A hive is many members coming back to the same place. We want every gym to be a community that stays, where no member slips away unnoticed and every owner can grow without losing the people who built the gym.

What we believe

Let the software do the counting. You look after the people.

  • 01

    Rules belong in the system

A plan that says three sessions a week should mean three sessions a week, whoever is at the front desk. SlabHive refuses the booking so your staff do not have to.

  • 02

    Money should be visible

You should know who has paid, who owes what and what is overdue before a member walks in, however they pay: cash, card or bank transfer.

  • 03

    Members should help themselves

Booking, moving and cancelling should not need a message to you. Members do it on a page with your gym’s name, logo and colour, within the limits you set.

  • 04

Built for how gyms really work

Class packs, plan changes in the middle of a month, late cancellations that you decide whether to count, members who pay in cash. Not a booking widget with a payments tab bolted on.

  • 05

    Ready for a second location

One organization can run several gyms. Plans can be valid at one gym or all of them, and staff permissions are set per gym.

  • 06

Built with the people who use it

SlabHive is new, and the next features come from the gyms using it. If something is missing, tell us. It goes straight to the people building it.

A day with SlabHive

What changes at the front desk.

  1. 07:00

    Open the class

See who is booked, who holds a reserved seat and who still owes, before the first rep.

  2. 12:30

A member tries to book a fourth session

The plan says three a week, so SlabHive says no. Nobody at the desk has to be the bad guy.

  3. 18:00

    Someone pays in cash

Record it in a couple of clicks. The period turns to paid and the total owed updates.

  4. Monday

    See who needs a call

Maria has not trained in 14 days. Daniel cancelled for the third time in two weeks. You call them before they leave.
