SlabHive (“we”) provides gym management software. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, dashboard, or a public booking page.

Information we collect

Account data: name, email, and password when you sign up with email, or name, email, and profile image from Google if you sign in with Google. Gym data: gym name, timezone, schedule, plans, and settings you enter. Client data: names, contact details, bookings, attendance, and payment records that gym staff enter or that clients create when they book.

We also collect basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To run your account, publish schedules, process bookings, record payments, send transactional email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us operate SlabHive — hosting, authentication (including Google when you choose Google sign-in), and email. Gym owners see the roster for their own classes. We disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and gym data while the account is active. You may ask us to delete an account. Booking records may be retained as needed for the gym’s operations and legal obligations.
