Terms of service

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms govern use of SlabHive by gym operators and by guests who book a class through a gym’s booking page.

The service

SlabHive lets gyms manage their schedule, plans, clients, bookings and payment records. SlabHive is in early access: features may change, and the service may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend access for abuse or legal risk.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of gym information, class times, plans, prices, and capacity. You must keep login credentials secure and comply with applicable consumer, tax, and privacy laws for your gym.

Bookings and payments

A booking is an agreement between the client and the gym, not with SlabHive. SlabHive records payments that gym staff enter; it does not process them. Refunds, no-shows, and cancellations are the gym’s policy unless the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use SlabHive to send spam or illegal content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Liability

SlabHive is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost bookings, gym operations, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, which is nothing during early access.
